Agreement

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Zonwaves DME supplies durable medical equipment and medical supplies to customers in California.

Orders & eligibility

Our Medi-Cal supplier enrollment is not yet complete, so we cannot bill Medi-Cal today. Until it completes, every item is sold self-pay or with an OTC / Flex benefit card. Orders to be billed to Medi-Cal are accepted conditionally, pending eligibility verification and, where required, prior authorization (TAR) approval. We will contact you before delivery if any item cannot be covered; you may then pay the retail price or cancel without charge.

A valid physician’s prescription is required for all covered equipment. Quantity limits set by DHCS apply to incontinence supplies.

Pricing

Retail prices shown apply only to cash or card purchases. Medi-Cal reimbursement rates are set by DHCS and may differ from retail prices. Prices may change without notice; the price at order confirmation governs.

Warranties & liability

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. We service and repair equipment we supply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. Nothing on this site is medical advice — follow your physician’s instructions.
