Equipment

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Equipment that has been used may be exchanged if defective; manufacturer warranties apply. Custom-configured items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for returns due to a change of mind or preference. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping and you can choose a replacement or a refund.

Hygiene items

For health and safety reasons, opened incontinence supplies, cushions and bath safety items that have been used cannot be returned. Unopened cases may be returned within 30 days.
